"C" Anniversary Recap

It feels like forever ago that we celebrated our third anniversary! It was very low key, relaxing and budget-friendly (considering we had just gotten back from New York City a few days before). Let's see how many C's we got this year....

Well we did it big this year and got a PUPPY! His name is Chief :) We picked him up on August 1 so our anniversary really was all about him. We got in with a local vet last minute so on our actual anniversary date (August 2), we did things here and there around Chief's appointment time. Funny how a celebration all about us turned into all about a puppy. Heath has been wanting a puppy for quite some time now! We're a little over 7 weeks in, but my relationship with Chief is progressively developing. Here are some early pictures of Chief (when he was a little over 7 weeks).

In true McKay fashion, everything we did this day had to do with food.

Coffee.

Chick-fil-A.

Candles - not food :)

Churros @ Costco (yes, seriously.)

Champagne.

Coloring. 

Chipotle.

Okay, so some of these were a stretch, but we ended up with 9! Thankful for another year with my person and looking forward to many more.
