Married Dating

I love spending time with Heath, no matter what we are doing. Throughout the last year, we try to turn anything and everything to some type of day date or date night because we've increasingly become really busy with work. Sometimes date nights include house decor shopping (which don't let Heath fool you because he really does enjoy doing that!), trying out a new restaurant during happy hour (because let's be real - small appetizer plates are the best), renting a Redbox movie over cheap wine & a Costco pizza (because you can't beat an 18" pie for only $9.95) or, as of late, furniture shopping! Yes, furniture shopping (but we really can't skimp on the pricey stuff here because it's definitely about comfort and quality).

Day dates or date nights may not be too glamorous at the McKays, but we sure do know how to make the best of everything! We save the fancy stuff for birthdays, but I love dating my husband and am thankful for our time together. Dating when married is the best kind of dating :)

Only had 30 minutes in between job 1 and job 2 so we managed to find some time for a quick ice cream date. The weather has been so good to us!
