We celebrated Heath alllllll weekend as he so deserves. Some of his old teammates and best friends came to Dallas for the weekend to hang out with us. We love when everyone is in town. It's just like old times. Heath and I decided to stay in Dallas all weekend as well, so it was kind of a staycation. We celebrated his birthday together Friday night at one of our favorite places, Kenny's in Addison. Heath LOVES that place. I was so full after appetizers and popovers (
drool) that I barely even touched my entree. Not that it wasn't good, but because I was just so full! You get a lot of bang for your buck here so I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a nice restaurant.
We spent a majority of the day at the pool on Saturday (
in and out of the random rain showers?!) and then had dinner at The Social House in Uptown Dallas. We spent a night on the town and had the best time just dancing and hanging out with our friends. We are celebrating June birthdays with my family tonight over hibachi and sushi - yum! Heath and I are going to need detox soon....
Heath, I love you more and more every day and I am so thankful that we get to celebrate birthdays together our whole lives! You are one of the best things in my life and I hope you enjoy today!
