Mall of America
I extended a work trip in Minneapolis through the weekend and explored Mall of America. YES, it really does take more than a day to tackle every part of that place. It was really fun and, of course, I ate about anything and everything there. There's also a small amusement park with rides and stuff in the middle of the mall, so it was an experience! It was a little chilly for me (anything below 70 degrees does not cut it for me), but I'm glad it wasn't snowing there yet.
Not sure if/when I will ever be in Minneapolis again, but the trip was fun!
