I'm finally writing in the same time zone. We've been back in Texas for almost three full days now, but we are still trying to get used to the time change. I keep saying I don't have time to have jet leg, but it looks like I don't have a choice.
I lose.
We haven't seen 11 p.m. since we've been back, and, one night, we didn't even make it to 9:30 p.m. However, I now understand those people who are freakishly comfortable with being up when it's still dark out. One morning, I got two loads of laundry done before 8:30 a.m.
It was a mini-celebration when I actually used a dryer again. Before we left the country, plans at 8 p.m. at night seemed normal. Now, Heath is snoring and I'm trying my best to make it to 9 p.m.
This may or may not be the current situation as I type this.
We have an Oklahoma trip planned for the upcoming week so we are both really excited to see even more friends and family! We've gone out to eat for every meal so far, but that was expected.
I'm dreading when our healthy & fit regimen starts. Here is what we've been doing in pictures the last few days. The greatest thing about being an aunt and uncle is that we get to give nieces and nephews back at the end of the day. Just kidding.... we love them.
Have a great week, and happy halloween!
Speaking of, I suggested we hand out tangerines rather than candy this year. Heath definitely didn't agree.

| Out to breakfast before the rooster crow. |
| Old West Cafe is one of the best places to eat in Bedford! It was Heath's first time and he loved it. |
| They are known for their breakfast/brunch. |
| Heath and I had to make a day-trip to Lawton to go pick up Heath's car. We had delicious, local Italian for lunch with his dad, Jennifer and her pretty daughter Molly. |
| Doesn't Tim look like he's getting younger?! I love my F-I-L. |
| My niece and nephew came over Sunday night. I couldn't tell who was more excited to see each other. |
| We took Nevaeh to the mall while Jay was in school. She loves these rides! Why do they cost so much? |
| "Let's go again!" |
| Her fake smile. |
| Took them to the pumpkin patch today! They loved it. |
| They were way more brave than I was when it came to petting farm animals. |
Until next time,
