We had quite a few Christmas celebrations this week. My organization did our dinner and gift exchange on Monday, we had a one with our small group Wednesday, Heath had his work party Thursday and we ended the week with a combined small group shindig on Saturday. The fun never stops this time of year! I received a lot of compliments on my cute "tacky" sweater and I am so glad I found it at a good price last summer. Someone was selling it on an online garage sale, so I'm glad I snagged it :)

White Elephant gift exchange. Hilarious because the gift we originally opened was a pet treat thing; we are the only couple that does NOT have a pet! Gladly it got stolen, but we ended up with sexy designer men spray haha

Sienna is so fun to hang out with!
|
Thanks Kendall (and her husband Tanner) for hosting at their new home.

The girls managed to get a group picture, but our husbands were involved in a ping pong tournament in the garage :)
I also managed to find some free time this weekend (surprise, surprise!) and finished wrapping gifts. We made a dent in our Christmas crafts, but there is still some last minute things we need to do. After that stage of crafts, time for another round of gift wrapping. It's insane to think we pay money for cute paper for my friends and family just to rip up!
Heath and I are still doing weekly Christmas activities in an attempt to find some new traditions.
Last year, we ventured out to Grapevine Main St. before the big ice storm. We decided to do our coffee and walk on Grapevine Main St. again but all of Grapevine had the same idea because it was packed.
We are excited to host Christmas brunch at our place for my family, then we will be in Oklahoma for some more Christmas fun with the rest of our family. We are so thankful for these memories with our families, our jobs giving us a great Christmas break off and, most importantly, for each other!
Until next time,
